Stainless Steel Alloy Scrap (Ni, Co, Mo, Cr)
Mixed Magnetic Stainless Steel Scrap
Mixed Magnetic Stainless Steel Scrap shall consist of assorted solids of magnetic stainless steel. May contain common chrome steels and 400 series alloys including AISI types 403, 405, 410, 414, 416, 420, 430, 440. Chrome content to range from 12 to 16%, nickel content may be up to 2%.

Mixed Non Magnetic Stainless Steel Scrap
Assorted Non-Magnetic stainless steel solids. May Contain common 18-8 alloy or 300 series alloys including ASIS types 302, 303, 304, 305, 308, 316, 321, 347, 17-7PH, PH15-7MO Nickel content will range from 7 to 13% and Chrome will range from 17 to 19%.

309 Stainless Steel Scrap
309 Stainless Steel Scrap shall consist of sorted AISI type 309 stainless steel solids. (also referred to as 25-12 alloy)

310 Stainless Steel Scrap
310 Stainless Steel Scrap shall consist of sorted AISI type 310 stainless steel solids. (also refereed to as 25-20 alloy)

316 Stainless Steel Scrap
316 Stainless Steel Scrap shall consist of sorted AISI type 316 stainless steel solids and shall have a chemical composition of 0.08% Carbon, 16-18% Chromium, 2-3% Molybdenum, 2% Manganese, 10-14% Nickel, 0.045 Phosphorous 0.030% Sulfur, 1.0% Silicon and the balance Iron.

321 Stainless Steel Scrap
321Stainless Steel Scrap shall consist of sorted AISI type 321 stainless steel solids and shall have a chemical composition of 0.08% Carbon, 17-19% Chromium, 2% Manganese, 9-12% Nickel, 0.045 Phosphorous 0.030% Sulfur, 1.0% Silicon Titanium (5 x the amount of carbon) and the balance Iron.

330 Stainless Steel Scrap
330 Stainless Steel Scrap shall consist of sorted AISI type 330 stainless steel solids. (also refereed to as 35-15 alloy)

Irony Non Magnetic Stainless Steel Scrap
Irony Non-Magnetic Stainless Steel Scrap shall consist of sorted non-magnetic stainless steel with iron attachments (rivets, screws, bolts), May not contain more than 10% attachments by weight.

Nickel Scrap
Nickel Scrap shall consist of high purity Nickel scraps with a nickel content in excess of 98%.

Nimonic Scrap
Nimonic Scrap shall consist of Nickel alloy scraps with a nickel content ranging from 75 to 80% and a chrome content ranging from 20 to 21%. May not include Nimonic 90 (WAC 7836) but may include Nimonic 75, 80, 80A ( WAC 7830, 7831, 7832, 7834, 7835 ).

Inconel Scrap
Inconel Scrap shall consist of Nickel alloy scraps with a nickel content ranging from 70 to 75% and a15% chrome.

Ni 60 Scrap
Ni "60" Scrap shall consist of Nickel alloy scraps with a nickel content of 58 to 64% May include Nimonic 90 (WAC 7836), Thetaly PWA 651, GMR 235 (Allison ES-73640), PW A663, B-1900.

Hastelloy C Scrap
Hastelloy 'C' shall consist of Nickel alloy scrap that contains a minimum of 55% nickel and 16% chrome.

Hastelloy X Scrap
Hastelloy 'X' shall consist of Nickel alloy scrap that contains a minimum of 45% nickel and 22% chrome and 1.5% Cobalt.

Invar Scrap
Invar Scrap shall consist of Nickel alloy scrap that contains a minimum of 36% nickel
|
Element Scrap
Element Scrap shall consist of Nickel alloy scrap that contains a minimum of 25% nickel any may include common Stove Elements, Oven Elements.

Nickel Plating Racks
Nickel Plating Racks shall consist of insulated copper plating racks coated with nickel nodules.
|
Nickel Catalyst Scrap
Nickel Catalyst Scrap shall consist of nickel content catalyst scrap materials, May include common spent refinery catalyst.
|
Monel Scrap
Monel Scrap shall consist of a Nickel/Copper Alloy with a minimum 60% nickel content.
|
Cobalt Scrap
Cobalt Scrap shall consist of Cobalt & Cobalt alloy materials.
|
Stellite Scrap
Stellite Scrap shall consist of clean sorted Haynes Stellite (HS) solid scrap (excluding HS-27) with a minimum cobalt content of 50%. May contain HS-23, HS-25, HS-31, HS-36, L-605. Typical material will have a content range of 1-10% Nickel, 12-16% Chrome and 50-67% Cobalt.

Stelloy (HS 27)
Stelloy (HS-27) shall consist of Haynes Stellite grade HS-27 with a content of 30% Nickel, 25% Chrome and 30% Cobalt

Cobalt Catalyst Scrap
Cobalt Catalyst Scrap shall consist of cobalt content catalyst scrap materials, May include common spent refinery catalyst.

Molybdenum Scrap
Molybdenum Scrap shall consist of Mo (moly) content scrap materials.

M~1 Tool Steel Scrap
M~1 Tool Steel Scrap shall consist of common M=1 Tool Steel and has a chemical composition of 0.80% Carbon, 4.0% Chromium, 8.5% Molybdenum, 1.0% Vanadium and the balance Iron. Common items made of M=1 include woodworking tools, drills, taps, reamers, milling cutters, lathe tools, saws, routers.

M~2 Tool Steel Scrap
M~2 Tool Steel Scrap shall consist of common M=2 Tool Steel (also known as 6-6-2 alloy) and has a chemical composition of 0.85% Carbon, 4.0% Chromium, 5.0% Molybdenum, 6.25% Tungsten, 2.0% Vanadium and the balance Iron. Common items made of M=2 include boring tools, broaches, milling cutters, taps, drills, saws & lathe tools.

Alnico Scrap
Alnico Scrap shall consist of common Alnico alloy scrap consisting of Aluminum, Nickel, Cobalt, Iron, Copper and Titanium. Alcomax alloys should be kept separate.
